Vegan Nachos Recipe
Made with Ragi Flour and Master Cook Jowar Flour, Vegan Nachos is a delicious recipe where chips are baked and not fried, making it healthier to consume.

Ingredients
For the Chips Dough:
- 1/3 cup of Master Cook Jowar flour
- 1/3 cup of Vijay Ragi flour
- Pinch of Salt
- 2 tbsp beat juice
- 1 cup Water or more
- 1 & ½ cup whole wheat flour
For Cheese Sauce:
- 1 Cup of soaked cashew
- 2 tbsp of nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- 4 , 5 Pickled Jalapeño
- ½ Spoon Lemon Juice
- 2 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 2 tsp Garlic Powder
- ½ cup Plant Milk
For Beans and Corn:
- 1 tbsp of Olive Oil
- 1 cup of boiled Beans
- ½ cup of corn
- Salt per taste
- ½ cup of tomato pure
- 2 tsp of Smoked Paprika
- 2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp taco seasonings
- 2 tsp Dried herbs
For toppings :
- ½ cup Purple Cabbage
- ½ cup Cucumber
- ½ cup Onion
- Cooked Beans and corn
- ½ cup Red bell pepper
- 10 pickled Olives
- 10 fresh or pickled Jalapeño
- ½ cup Pomegranate
- Prepared Cheese Sauce
Procedure
For Chips
- In a Bowl, add all the mentioned Flour, pour the beat juice along with some water and make dough
- Roll out the dough and cut it in triangle shape
- Now place it in a baking tin and bake until it’s crispy (make sure you don’t burn it)
For Sauce
- In a blender add soaked cashew, Cumin powder, Nutritional yeast, Pickled Jalapeño ,Smoked Paprika , Lemon juice , plant milk , garlic powder , Black Pepper and blend it until its really creamy .
For Beans and Corn
- Heat up a pan and add some olive oil, corn, beans. Fry it for two minutes and add tomato paste, garlic powder, salt and Smoked paprika, Taco Seasonings, Dried herbs and cook for another two to three minutes.
For Toppings
- when baked chips are ready top it up with cabbage , cucumber , Onion , Bean and Corn , Bell pepper , Olives , Jalapeño , Pomegranate , Cashew Cheese Sauce and that’s it! Enjoy
