  • 4 potatoes, boiled
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 4 tbsp peanuts, crushed
  • 2 tsp Master Cook cumin seeds, roasted and powdered
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds
  • Pinch of hing
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 tsp amchoor powder
  • 4 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped

  • Dice the potatoes and set aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add peanuts and cumin seeds and cook until browned.
  • Add sesame seeds and hing to this and roast.
  • Toss the potatoes until coated well and cook for a minute.
  • Season with salt, pepper and amchoor powder. Stir to coat well.
  • Add coriander leaves and stir to coat.
  • Serve with poori or chapathi
