- 4 potatoes, boiled
- 1 tbsp oil
- 4 tbsp peanuts, crushed
- 2 tsp Master Cook cumin seeds, roasted and powdered
- 2 tsp sesame seeds
- Pinch of hing
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 2 tsp amchoor powder
- 4 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped

Procedure
- Dice the potatoes and set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan, add peanuts and cumin seeds and cook until browned.
- Add sesame seeds and hing to this and roast.
- Toss the potatoes until coated well and cook for a minute.
- Season with salt, pepper and amchoor powder. Stir to coat well.
- Add coriander leaves and stir to coat.
- Serve with poori or chapathi
