Curd Rice with Tangy Pickle (Mastercook Mango Pickle)

Ingredients

  • Rice, Chana dal, Urad dal
  • Milk, Curd
  • Oil, Cashews, Grapes
  • Mustard, Salt, Carrot, Coriander
  • Byadagi chillies, Green chillies
  • Peppercorns
  • Curry leaves
  • Pomegranate

Procedure

  • In a bowl add rice and mash it well. Add 1 glass of milk & mix well. Add grated carrot, chopped coriander 1/2-1tbsp salt,1 bowl curd & mix well.
  • In a pan add 2tbsp oil,1/2tbsp mustard,1tbsp chana dal,1/2 tbsp urad dal,2-3 byadagi chillies,4-5 cashews,2-3 chopped green chillies, chopped curry leaves, 4-5 peppercorns & fry for 3-4min, add to bowl & mix well. Add pomegranate, and grapes & mix well.
  • Once all done enjoy with pickle!
