For the Stuffing
- In a pan add 3tbsp oil

- Salt And cook for 1 min and cut each into small pieces.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Maida
- 1/2 tbsp sugar
- Salt as per taste
- 1 tbsp oil
- Water
- Knead everything to a soft dough and rest for 1 hour.
- You can freeze the sheets and use them later.
- Divide into 4 equal parts and rest the dough for 30 minutes.
- Now add some corn flour to a working mat and spread the dough onto a thin round sheet.
- Cook both sides of the sheets in a pan for 10 seconds.
Ingredients & Method For the Roll
- Ginger 1 tbsp
- Green chilli 3
- Garlic 4
- Onion 2
- Carrot 1/4 cup
- Green capsicum 2 tbsp
- Cabbage 1/4 cup
- Chicken pieces
- Pepper 3 tbsp
- Salt
- Soy sauce 1 tbsp
- Red chilli sauce 1 tbsp and cook for 2 min.
- Now stuff the chicken to the sheet, roll it & deep fry it in oil.
- Serve it with ketchup/ mayo.
