Ingredients
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1/2 cup onions, sliced
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp Master Cook cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 green chilli, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp chilli powder
- 1 boneless chicken breast, julienned
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1 capsicum, sliced
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 3 eggs
- Salt to taste

Procedure
- Heat oil and roast cumin seeds. Add ginger garlic paste and cook till fragrant.
- Add onions, capsicum and green chilliies to this.
- Add tomatoes and the powdered spices. Let the spices cook and then adjust salt.
- Add the chicken and cook completely. Stir in lemon juice and coriander leaves.
- Whisk together eggs, salt and chilli powder.
- Heat oil in a pan and add the egg mixture to this.
- Let cook on a low flame and add the chicken mixture to one half of the omelette.
- Fold the other half over this and let the bottom brown a little. Flip and repeat on the other side and serve.
