Chicken Curry Leaves Gravy

Ingredients

  • Chicken - 250g
  • Curry leaves powder - 3 tbsp
  • Onion - 2, Tomato - 2
  • Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
  • Curry leaves - 1 handful, Salt
  • Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Red Chili Powder - 2 tsp
  • Coriander Powder - 2 tsp
  • Gingelly oil - 4 tbsp
  • Water

Procedure

  • In a pad add oil, once the oil is heated add whole garam masala, fennel seeds, and curry leaves and saute for a min.
  • Then add chopped onions, gg paste and saute for 5 mins. Then add chicken, salt, and chopped tomatoes and cook for 10 mins on medium flame.
  • Now add masala powder along with curry leaves powder and saute for a min add water and cook for 5 mins.
  • Finally, add some curry leaves and serve hot with rice or rotis.
