Chicken Curry Leaves Gravy

Ingredients
- Chicken - 250g
- Curry leaves powder - 3 tbsp
- Onion - 2, Tomato - 2
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
- Curry leaves - 1 handful, Salt
- Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Red Chili Powder - 2 tsp
- Coriander Powder - 2 tsp
- Gingelly oil - 4 tbsp
- Water
Procedure
- In a pad add oil, once the oil is heated add whole garam masala, fennel seeds, and curry leaves and saute for a min.
- Then add chopped onions, gg paste and saute for 5 mins. Then add chicken, salt, and chopped tomatoes and cook for 10 mins on medium flame.
- Now add masala powder along with curry leaves powder and saute for a min add water and cook for 5 mins.
- Finally, add some curry leaves and serve hot with rice or rotis.
