Ingredients
- Brown Rice - 1 cup (Mastercook Brown Rice)
- Olive Oil - 3 tbsp
- Mixed Herbs/ Oregano - 1 tbsp
- Salt
- Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
- Mixed Veggies
Procedure
- First, clean the brown rice and soak it for 30 mins. Then cook it for 15 to 20 mins till it’s cooked completely.
- Add oil and saute all the chopped veggies for 5 mins.
- Add boiled rice along with pepper powder, mixed herbs, salt, and olive oil and serve hot.
