Brown Rice Salad

Servings: 1 - 2 people

Ingredients

  • Brown Rice - 1 cup (Mastercook Brown Rice)
  • Olive Oil - 3 tbsp
  • Mixed Herbs/ Oregano - 1 tbsp
  • Salt
  • Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
  • Mixed Veggies

Procedure

  • First, clean the brown rice and soak it for 30 mins. Then cook it for 15 to 20 mins till it’s cooked completely.
  • Add oil and saute all the chopped veggies for 5 mins.
  • Add boiled rice along with pepper powder, mixed herbs, salt, and olive oil and serve hot.
