Ingredients
- Broken Wheat - 1 cup
- Water
- Urad dal - 2 tbsp
- Fenugreek - 1 tbsp
- Salt
- Rice Flour - 2 tbsp
Procedure
- Soak the broken wheat, and urad dal for 2 to 3 hours. Soak the fenugreek overnight.
- Blend the fenugreek into a fine paste followed by urad dal. Then add soaked dalia/broken wheat along with salt and blend them into a fine paste.
- Now mix them well with some water and adjust the consistency. Ferment it for 6 to 8 hours.
- Pour the batter into a dosa tawa and make a crispy dosa. Sprinkle any podi or onions and serve with sambar.
